An elagant free standing 3 bedroom holiday villa in the heart of trendy Green Point Village, Cape town.

The main bedrooom of the Green Point holiday villa has a queen size bed, numerous built in cupboards and en-suitebathroom with a large walk in shower, Sliding doors lead out onto a private patio with an outdoor shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and built in cupboards and the third bedroom has two single beds with built in cupboards. I t can sleep a maximum of 6 people. Open plan living area with lounge/dining room with fireplace and a large modern kitchen. For one's entertainment there is DSTV, Dvd and stereo system. All utensils, crockery, cutlery, eletrical appliances and dishwasher are supplied. All linen and towels are supplied and the Green Point holiday villa is serviced daily for your convenience. There is an outside laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Personal laundry can be done for you, at an extra charge. Parking is on street.
