Our Services Include:

- Assessment of the relevant property and determining the optimum rental return.

- Market and advertise, with the view to sourcing good quality tenants.

- Screen potential tenants. Our screening process includes the (credit and profile) checks through TENANT PROFILE NETWORK (TPN) www.tpn.co.za, confirming income, and obtaining relevant references.

- Negotiate and draw the Contractual Lease Agreement with due regard to special conditions that may pertain to the property.

- Administer the property on an ongoing basis, account to the lessor on a monthly basis i.r.o rental received, all expenses incurred and where necessary, any maintenance / repairs required

- Receiving payment of monthly rentals from the tenant and ensure same is paid to the lessor, less the relevant commission.

- Take care of the necessary disbursements in respect of the property, monitor the payment of the tenants obligatory charges (if required).

- Handle all queries relating to Maintenance, Financial and Legal issues.
